Our Church

The Refuge is a daughter Church of House on the Rock Churches with headquarters in Lagos. Pastor Paul A. Adefarasin founded the House on the Rock in December 1994 with a vision of empowering believers for the fulfilling of their God-ordained destinies. The Refuge was birthed in September 1999 under the inspirational leadership of Pastor GoodHeart Obi C. Ekwueme. The Refuge acts as a springboard for strategic ministry in the northern region of Nigeria and beyond.

HOUSE ON THE ROCK WORLDWIDE: House on the Rock was founded in December 1994 by Pastor Paul A. Adefarasin. House on the Rock was established to be a vanguard 21st century Church with a vision of empowering believers for the fulfilling of their God-ordained destinies. Since inception the Church has grown far beyond the borders of Lagos, with over 40 daughter Churches and missions in the far borders of Nigeria and the world at large. About Pastor Paul Adeolu Adefarasin: Pastor Paul Adeolu Adefarasin is a qualified Architect turned preacher. He is a dynamic preacher with a relevant message of hope for this hurting and dying generation. He is the senior pastor of House on the Rock Churches Worldwide.
